Winter can provide its own set of challenges to our general wellbeeing. While some of us enjoy toasty nights by the fire, others may have symptoms of lethargy or poor mood, However, winter does not have to be the season of unhappiness. With a few mindful practices and self-care strategies, you may improve your mental wellbeing while also enjoying the beauty of the season.
