Tenuta Ulisse has a vibrant history as a wine producer, that combines into it`s current winemaking  process a contemporary approach to maintain and mostly showcasing the potential and character of Abruzzo’s grapes. Located in the heart of Abruzzo , the winery is a tribute to Italy’s rich winemaking legacy and unwavering pursuit of perfection.

To mark the crossing to 2025 we chose this italian red wine. “10 Vendemmie” stands out as a masterpiece. A unique blend of 10 great vintages that tell the story of excellence and dedication to wine. A decade of stories and perfection combined into a spectacular bottle. Each sip unveils a symphony of tastes. It is similar to a ballet dance that embodies the essence of time.

Experience of a masterpiece

This is clearly more then just a wine. It is an experience that tells through each pour the story of a dedication to terroir and wine making. This wine, with its deep red hue and seductive smell of luscious fruits and spices, invites connoisseurs to taste its complexity and depth.

The Montepulciano grape variety is quite complex. Each individual vintage of this wine contributes with a unique flavor and character. The process itself is poetry. Part of the grapes are harvested after a slight over-ripening on the plant, followed by 15/20 days of maceration. A thermo controlled alcoholic fermentation will round up this procedure at 24-26C.

The highlight is the 12 months aging in French barriques with a result that is spectacular. A deep red color with prune and
cherry jam aroma, notes of tobacco, slightly spicy. Full-bodied wine, softand rich in fine tannins. Notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla round it up harmoniously.

To be honest, this is a wine to remember. A wine for stories on a special evening with friends or with a special person in your life. It will remain as a unique taste in your memory with the desire to experience it`s unique story and history again and again.
